BOOK ILLUSTRATIONS

Claire's Kitty is the very first book that I've illustrated!

A very dear and close friend of mine from college, Ashleigh Dillow, wrote this children's book for her sweet 2 year old daughter. I was absolutely thrilled when she asked me to do the illustrations for the book!

All the illustrations were hand-painted in acrylics on canvas, and then scanned at high resolution. 

However, since then I have branched out into digital drawing and painting on Corel Painter, and hope to continue doing children's book illustrations!

"Claire’s Kitty is a story about a little girl and the special relationship she shares with her lovey named Kitty. Claire and Kitty go on many adventures together. From eating breakfast, to going to the beach and the zoo, they are inseparable. Now that Claire is growing up, she is starting to realize that she will not always need Kitty. For now, she continues to treasure the moments while they last. This relatable story, written in verse, is sure to put a smile on your face as you explore a day in the life of Claire and her kitty!"
