A little about me...
I was born and raised in Wild, Wonderful West Virginia. I grew up watching The Imagination Station everyday after school at my grandma’s house. I always knew I wanted to be an artist. I followed this dream to college where I attended Marshall University and received a Bachelors in Fine Arts: Sculpture, and a second major in Spanish.

After graduation, I spent a few years between various jobs, but ultimately decided to pursue a Masters degree in Nonprofit Management. Shortly after finishing my degree, I was blessed with a son. I then became a stay at home mom. The desire for art in my life never ceased and soon I began painting, not having room for the necessary large materials of sculpture. I now spend my days taking care of my son and making art. I paint commissions daily, and teach paint classes. I recently illustrated my first children's book: Claire's Kitty.
